I recently purchased a $5.00 item. At the entrance of Target, you'll see these shelves with $3+ items. There I found a huge paper calendar on the bottom shelf. As a busy person, having a calendar is a must to stay organized.
I can’t believe I didn’t purchase a bigger one sooner.
I took the calendar home and prepared to start filling in the squares for my upcoming weeks.

And let the organizing begin
Purchase Large Calendar
I started by opening my work app to check my schedule and see what Saturdays I worked for the month. I then proceeded to fill in my class times and other planned events.
This small adjustment I implemented made such a difference in my weeks, organization skills, and staying on top of my scheduled events, bills, and payments.
What I love the most is having a calendar to look at daily, whether it be headed out to work or coming home from work. Is that it instilled a good habit of checking daily and writing what needs to be written.
2. Mini Calendar
In the mini calendar that I take everywhere in my school bag, is where I copy and paste my events on that are on the big calendar. This here helps me and allows me to keep track of everything more throughly, as well as implement the events in my memory better.
3. Set phone reminders
Phone reminders can include:
Alarm clocks
Reminders
Creating events in phone calendar
Alarm clock:
Set alarms of any sort
Rather it be an alarm for work, the gym or practice, having an alarm go off is guaranteed to get the job done.
Another helpful habit is setting an alarm clock 30-45 minutes before a scheduled event, meeting, class, or appointment.
Reminders App:
Calendar widget
Lastly, adding the event to my phone calendar so that it can notify me and show up as a reminder on my phone screen as well.
Quick tip: make sure your phone has the calendar widget on your lock screen.
It’s never too late to get organized
I hope this helps!
